Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. For exchanges, the amount will be reimbursed to a new card that will be emailed to the recipient.

All orders over $35 always ship free in the USA and Canada. Our shipping rates are $6.95 for expedited shipping and $9.95 for express shipping in Canada and $14.95 for express shipping in the USA.

Expect to welcome your package within 2-5 business days based on expedited delivery. Canadian orders ship with Canada Post and Fedex. USA orders are shipped with FedEx and UPS. You'll receive an email or a text confirmation once your order is placed and your order will ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. 

We definitely ship to PO boxes! Just enter the address into the shipping field and you're good to go.

Essential oils are great for relaxing children and encouraging mindfulness. We know that kids are little people with big emotions and these natural remedies can be powerful tools to combat anxiousness and anger.

However, essential oils are very potent, and children and adults alike should only be exposed to minuscule amounts. We recommend running the diffuser for up to 6 hours per day. Each oil comes with a user guide complete with safety information, additional uses and blending suggestions. Please consult this for more information.

While the essential oils themselves are amazing for kids, they need to be stored out of reach as they pose a hazard if the oils are swallowed or doused on the skin. Please practice care when storing these products.

When diffusing oils around pets, be sure to diffuse for a maximum of three hours at a time and put the diffuser in a well ventilated space such a as living room or kitchen. If you're diffusing in a smaller area, crack a window as well to ensure adequate ventilation.

A sign that your pet does not like the blend is if they leave the room constantly while the diffuser is on.

Generally, cats are more sensitive to essential oils than dogs. Please consult with your vet if you have concerns.

If you have an existing allergy then the fruit or plant matter from which the oil is derived may cause a reaction. We advise you to steer away until you've had a chance to speak with your healthcare provider.

Essential oils aren't one of those things where organic is necessarily better. In fact, the purity and integrity of essential oils is moreso based on the process they undergo from raw material to finished oil. The process for organic certification can be political in diifferent countries as well.

So, we focus on supporting farmers who do not use harsh pesticides and practice sustainable farming.

Likewise, we don't advertise our oils as therapeutic grade (even though they are) as there's no governing body that can speak to the effectiveness of this.

We source higher grade essential oils because overall these oils are obtained from a complete, uninterrupted distillation process.

These oils will deliver therapeutic benefits as they contain a higher proportion of esters, phenols and constituents.

We avoid lower grade oils because they're often stripped of crucial benefits during the refining process in order to produce more stock.
