We're shipping orders through UPS and FedEx for orders in USA and Canada. Please expect slightly higher wait times due to the Canada Post strike putting a strain on other carriers. Our average delivery time is 3-5 business days. We're committed to expediting your purchase and getting it to you asap so you can get it wrapped and under the tree.

Your happiness matters to us. We've extended our return policy to January 16, 2025. We happily offer refunds or exchanges for all products. If you have any issues with your order don't hesitate to get in touch with us at connect@vellumwellness.com and we'll refund or replace these items. 

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. For exchanges, the amount will be reimbursed to a new card that will be emailed to the recipient.

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your order’s delivery progress. Or you can use our chat bar to type in your order and it will let you know how much time is left.
